Here in Mitramas Infosys Global, you will be exposed to work on software across a diverse platform of technologies as well as a variety of industries within our portfolios. We are looking for talents with high tenacity in solving problems, exceptional passion for technologies, and a great willingness to learn and adapt to ever-changing environments to join our team.
You are expected to be able to:
- Collected and analyzed user requirements through research, feedback, and stakeholder discussions.
- Supported the creation of PRDs, feature flows, and product specifications.
- Collaborated with designers to review wireframes, user flows, and UI/UX for HRIS modules.
- Worked with engineers to ensure features were delivered according to requirements and sprint timelines.
- Performed basic testing and UAT to verify feature quality before release.
- Monitored product performance, identified bugs, and recommended improvements.
- Assisted in managing the product backlog and supporting sprint planning.
Kualifikasi
- Final-year student in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of product development, user stories, PRDs, and acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with UI/UX fundamentals, wireframes, and user flows (Figma preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating user needs and product performance.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, QA, business).
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Willing to work on-site for 3 months at South Jakarta area
