Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Product Ownership: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery and continuous improvement in alignment with business priorities.
  • Requirements Translation: Convert high-level business objectives into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams across multiple geographies to ensure successful execution.
  • Agile Product Management: Drive Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and roadmap prioritization, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain transparent and proactive communication with stakeholders, providing visibility into product progress, risks, and decisions.
  • Customer-Centric Iteration: Analyze product performance and user feedback to guide iterative improvements and enhance user experience.
  • Product Advocacy: Act as the internal and external product expert, clearly articulating product vision, value, and positioning.
  • Go-to-Market Support: Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to ensure smooth product launches and enablement initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in software product management, ideally within a technology-driven or fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems or restaurant/hospitality technology is highly desirable.
  • Proven people management experience, including leading and developing product teams; experience managing remote or cross-border teams is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban frameworks.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver structured, impactful product solutions.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a data-informed approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience working across global, cross-functional teams, and the ability to manage stakeholders across time zones and cultural contexts.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency is a plus.
