Deskripsi Pekerjaan
• Create, update, manage, and control equipment technical drawings (tools), and raw material usage
guidelines for cables and subduct
• Collaborate with production to identify and find solutions to production process issues.
• Issue process data sheets (PDS) based on process trial results and conduct regular evaluations
of related PDS.
• Lead fiber optic cable and subduct trial process.
• Implement standardized work procedures correctly.
• Create and control work schedules and monitoring lists related to production process control
and tool activities.
• Provide training to operators and supervisors on the use of work tools and machines when
necessary.
• Manage and monitor the maintenance, usage, and condition of process tools systematically and
regularly.
• Conduct budgeting for tools and activities carried out by the process engineering department.
Kualifikasi
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience min 1 years in the same field will be advantage
• Able to utilize AutoCAD & Solid Works software
• Understand of plastic material and processing will be an advantage
• Familiar with ISO 9001 systems
• Capable to control and do statistical planning
• Strong calculation ability
• Having good interpersonal skill and able to work independently
• Willing to stay in Cilegon
