Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related scientific field is preferred.
- Proven experience in market research and product development within the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A creative thinker with a strong business acumen and a passion for innovation.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
