Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to strengthen product development and portfolio, addressing both target market needs and business needs.
• Love to analyze research results to strengthen the development of a product strategy, product roadmap, and marketing strategy (such as product positioning, unique selling proposition, and product delivery system) for new products that are relevant to target market needs and align with business objectives.
• Develop launch materials for new products to ensure operational excellence in launching.
• Work closely with internal and external parties to achieve operational and business goals.
• Generate reports on new and existing product sales, product performance, competitor's new products, and ad-hoc reports for evaluation and improvement of the process.
• Love to manage and monitor all new product launches to ensure execution, interface, delivery on time, and track post-launch progress on brand.
• Provide accurate data and materials needed for annual sales budget (sales forecasting) to maintain the accuracy of sales forecasting.
• Able to ensure all administrative needs for product innovation activities are fulfilled to maintain operational excellence.
