As a Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative food and beverage products that meet market demands. Your main job will be to align product development with sales targets and achievements, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation and formulation to testing and launch. Additionally, you will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to drive product success and monitor performance metrics.
