About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Product Development Intern or Executive to join our growing team. You’ll play an active role in shaping our next collections — from early ideation and design to sourcing and supplier coordination. This position suits someone who enjoys taking initiative, learning by doing, and driving ideas into tangible, well-crafted products.
Key Responsibilities
· Take initiative in developing new product concepts and prototypes (pottery, wooden items, lamps, baskets, etc.)
· Support design coordination — 3D modeling, sketches, and material exploration
· Conduct material sourcing and proactively communicate with artisans and suppliers to solve challenges
· Follow up on sample development, quality control, and production timelines
· Maintain organized documentation for materials, samples, and design revisions
· Collaborate closely with the design, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution and timely launches
Kualifikasi
Requirements
· Fresh graduate or final-year student in Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field
· Strong sense of initiative and curiosity — not afraid to explore, ask, and propose ideas
· Interest in handcrafted products, design, and materials
· Good English proficiency (spoken and written)
· Basic knowledge of 3D design tools (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, or AutoCAD) is a plus
· Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
· Willing to learn directly from real production and field processes
