Deskripsi Pekerjaan

What you’ll do:

Research market trends and customer needs to identify new product opportunities.
Collaborate with R&D teams to develop products aligned with Kavela’s brand.
Coordinate with suppliers, designers, and marketing teams for packaging and branding.
Oversee end to end product development timelines
Ensure all products meet regulatory standards and Kavela’s quality benchmarks.
Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skill for brainstorming with related team based on the ideation needs of the product

Kualifikasi

Who we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry.
1-2 years of experience in product development, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Knowledge of ingredients and trends
