Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Execute end-to-end design process
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to produce design and solution
Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to ensure the proper designs are implemented into production
Planning and participating in user research and usability testing
Researching and analyzing industry, UI/UX trends, and competitors
Showcase design works to stakeholders

Kualifikasi

Minimum 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer
Excellent understanding of user experience design for the web, mobile, or touch devices
Good eye for visual design and hands-on experience in user interface design
Experience with current and relevant design tools like Figma
Good story-teller to showcase design concept, process, and output to the stakeholders
Familiar with user research methodology and able to conduct user research to identify customer problem and translate research findings into tangible solutions
Good interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Have creative problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and have a willingness to grow
