Craft user-friendly designs by empathizing with users and applying design thinking principles.
Deliver innovative solutions to address complex problems.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance the product development process.
Iterate designs according to feedback and research findings, prioritizing a user-focused approach
Maintain open communication and contribute to a positive team dynamic

Kualifikasi

Willing to stay in Medan
Preferable min. 6 months of experience in product design
Able to sketch and create ideas into wireframes with detailed features
Able to create user-friendly designs and come up with creative solutions to improve product features
Have good understanding on how to identify problem areas, map out user's journey, and break each problem areas into smaller chunks based on data
Has knowledge in design fundamentals such as design thinking framework and other frameworks needed in product development
Skilled in tools such as Figma, usability testing tools, etc that is frequently used in the design team
