Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conducting and delivering all activities to increase IOT & Ecosystem product knowledge.
- Creating and developing all training modules related to IOT & Ecosystem products.
- Conducting training activities for existing product and new launching products for dealers, retailers, and promoters.
- Applying Performance management for all programs to support the success of learning & development in product knowledge.
- Running an effective and efficient training program to support the smooth sharing of knowledge on existing and future products.
- Support activities related to the implementation of events & activities to support brand awareness of various Erajaya Active Lifestyle products by collaborating with the community and other parties.
- Support activities to increase customer product knowledge through various kinds of seminars, webinars, and other sharing activities.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and result
- Prepare report related to the training process and employee development
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor Degree with a relevant major
- Having experience min 2 years as a Product specialist or Trainer, in the retail industry is a plus
- Good Communication skills & proficiency in English
- Willing traveling in Site/Store
- English is a must
