As our Product Analyst, you will play a substantial role in Deall's Product Development team. You'll dive deep into the various metrics & data available across the company, generate insights, run experiments, and create recommendations for the product & business. Your efforts will have a direct influence over our customer's product habits and will roll out products that remove the friction from our users' job-seeking journey.
Job Description
- Take care of the breadth & depth of huge amount of data available across different tools or pipelines to improve our job matching algorithm
- Own the setting, delivering and measuring OKRs for the job application conversion
- Automate the process for finding common & uncommon patterns in customer behaviors
- Analyze the data, create hypotheses, run experiments & prove the customer value as recommendations to the company
- Collaborate with PMs, Business & Engineers to deliver highly impactful product
Kualifikasi
- Freshgraduates with passion on data analysis & product are welcomed to apply
- Background on Bachelor's degree with emphasis on quantitative nature (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Sciences) is preferable
- Demonstrate critical product mindset by articulating product questions, pulling data from datasets and using statistics to arrive at an answer
- Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends and applied knowledge of measurement, statistics and program evaluation
- Distinctive problem solving skills and sharp business judgment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in English
