
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist in the design and refinement of AI-driven user interactions for Indonesian users, including prompts, conversation flows, and multi-turn guidance logic
- Provide local insights on Indonesian language usage, slang, mixed Bahasa–English expressions, and real user behavior to support AI interaction design
- Help translate financial and behavioral product scenarios (cashflow management, spending decisions, debt pressure, risk alerts) into AI-executable input structures and reasoning flows
- Support the collection, organization, and documentation of local data sources relevant to AI applications, such as bank statement formats, transaction descriptions, billing patterns, and common user inputs
- Assist in identifying where AI performs well or poorly in real Indonesian user scenarios, and provide concrete feedback to improve prompt quality and output reliability
- Support localization review and validation of AI outputs to ensure they are understandable, relevant, and trustworthy for local users
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to support iteration and rollout of AI features in production
Kualifikasi
- Strong English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-border and cross-functional team environments (Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus)
- Strong interest in technology, AI, or large language model applications, with a basic understanding of how they can be applied in real product and user scenarios
- High sensitivity to user behavior, usage scenarios, and product experience, with the ability to identify issues in AI interactions or product flows from a user perspective
- Basic data handling and analytical skills, with the ability to support the collection, cleaning, and structuring of local data sources
- Strong learning ability, with the capacity to quickly understand core concepts in finance, payments, or related domains and translate them into practical product support
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to act as an effective bridge between local teams and global stakeholders
