Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintain host performance
- Maintain operator performance (activity when taking camera angles, monitoring the video and audio feed, activity when talking while backing up the host)
- Coordination with the data analysis team to monitor live streaming developments
- Monitor, control & analyze the performance of the operation team
- Responsible for maintaining host, operator compliance with SOP & guidelines that have been set
- Prepare and direct the Host in terms of appearance (clothes and make-up)
- Help & provide innovation for the development of live streaming
- Coordination with the internal Staff regarding promotions and products
- Ensuring the delivery of updated information to the operation team
