Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging, and production support materials.
- Conduct vendor sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation to secure the best price and quality.
- Oversee the purchasing flow: PO creation, delivery follow-up, and goods receipt.
- Ensure material availability according to production planning and demand forecast.
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance (quality, lead time, consistency).
- Drive cost-efficiency initiatives without compromising product standards.
- Prepare procurement reports, maintain contracts, and ensure proper documentation for audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement/purchasing—preferably in FMCG, F&B, or supplement industry.
- Strong understanding of raw material & packaging procurement, and production workflow.
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and cost analysis skills.
- Detail-oriented, fast-paced, and able to work under production timelines.
- Strong leadership and cross-department coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace & familiarity with Procurement systems is a plus.
