Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Our Business Unit, ATW Solar Indonesia, One of leading solar energy provider that utilize and maximize solar energy for smarter society and better environment in Indonesia is looking for Procurement Supervisor who will grow with us through:
Vendor and Supplier Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate & negotiate with suppliers for solar panel components and construction materials.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage supplier performance to mitigate potential supply chain disruptions.
Procurement Strategy and Budget Control
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.
- Work closely with the project and finance teams to manage procurement costs and optimize material sourcing.
- Monitor market trends, raw material prices, new technologies, and other external factors that can affect the procurement process, and taking proactive steps to respond to them
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineer, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in procurement or contract management, ideally within the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) sector, experience in solar panel or renewable energy projects is highly preferred.
- Strong experience in vendor negotiation, cost analysis, and supplier management.
- Keen eye for detail, excellence analytical, and problem-solving skills, combine with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Strong ethical standards and a commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
- Proficiency in English is required, and fluency in Chinese is preferred
