The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Staff to join our dynamic Procurement team and take charge of procurement process,
What You Will Do:
- Search for and identify vendors that meet the company's needs, and build good relationships to ensure smooth and appropriate procurement processes
- Manage the procurement flow of goods for multiple locations simultaneously
- Monitor the distribution process in accordance with applicable SOPs and SLAs, both at the Head Office and each club
- Prepare necessary procurement documents (PR, PO, Invoice), archive them properly, and report each procurement activity in an effective and organized manner
- Support the negotiation process to ensure payment terms or prices are aligned with the budget, and carefully analyze prices from potential vendors
- Submit payment requests for Purchase Orders (POs)
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to each club in accordance with the SLA
Kualifikasi
What We Need:
- Bachelor’s degree from any major
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience in procurement
- Must have basic Excel skills (excel formulation, PIVOT, etc)
- Strong skills in administration, negotiation, and communication
- Able to work in a team, communicative, honest, and detail-oriented
- Familiar with ERP system (Odoo, etc)
- Experience in handling gym equipment needs is a plus
