The Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic Procurement team. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement processes to support our growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement workflow, ensuring timely procurement according to SLA standards.
- Identify and build strong relationships with vendors to maintain a smooth and efficient procurement process.
- Monitor distribution flow according to SOPs and SLAs across Head Office and all club locations.
- Prepare and organize procurement documents (PR, PO, Invoices), effectively file and report all procurement activities with accuracy.
- Support negotiation processes to ensure budget compliance, favorable payment terms, and conduct thorough price analysis of potential vendors.
- Coordinate and distribute club and Head Office requirements efficiently.
- Process payment requests for all procurement activities.
- Monitor all product shipments to ensure they meet SLA requirements.
- Register new vendors and maintain detailed records and reports of procurement activities.
- Assist in vendor sourcing and negotiation.
- Analyze vendor pricing and performance to optimize procurement strategies.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Familiar using ERP system, such as Odoo or similar
- Strong administrative and vendor communication skills.
- Able to work well within a team, with integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Flexibility to work on-site or travel as needed.
