Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Prepare purchase orders, delivery orders, and handover orders based on purchase requests in the OA system.
  • Perform budget checking for each purchase request.
  • Perform background checking, prepare cooperation agreement with vendors (items or services) and request AFI or ASI Director’s signature.
  • Responsible for Purchasing’s AFI and ASI petty cash flow, report, and reimbursement.
  • Process all contract and payment (budget, payment, and reimbursement) of AFI, ASI, and IKI through OA system.
  • Update Purchasing Team’s worksheet according to each purchase request.


  • Minimum Diploma’s degree in any major.
  • Experienced in administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent in Mandarin.
  • Willing to take a business trip (If any).
