Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Procurement of goods
- Receive requests for procurement of goods according to company needs within the scope of the office and warehouse.
- Conduct analysis and evaluation of procurement of goods
- Make Purchase Orders of goods through the system (NetSuite & OSS)
- Follow up on procurement of goods (internal and vendor)
- Make sure the goods are well-received
- Process warranty claims and return of goods in the event of damage to goods or defects
Make payments and routine purchases
- Make payment submissions to the relevant team according to the request form
Maintain assets
- Recording the asset code based on the classification of goods
Periodic Reports
- Keeping records of daily work
Vendor Relations
- Search and perform vendor comparisons
- Make price quotation comparisons
- Negotiating price quotations
SOP Creation
- Review existing SOPs and make updates according to applicable best practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Accounting, Management, or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the procurement or purchasing field.
- Have experience in procurement of goods in every department
- Have the ability to organize and record purchases and maintenance transparently
- Have good interpersonal skills
- Effective communication and good time management
- Understand lobbying and negotiation techniques
