Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Perform the work plan through following activities:
o Receive, review and clarify all user request budget and specification
o Communicate with vendor
o Provide the support expat permission and manage outsourcing, ISS, etc
o Communicate with purchasing department in related to payment
o Assist in the completeness of all data/records of payment and coordinate it
with finance directorate
- Vendor coordination
- Follow up certain vendor request
- Review and approve SPB & SPHT that received by procurement support
- Monitor and control warehouse stock materials availability
- Assist in vendor evaluation and provide further suggestion for vendor continuance/change required and/or adjustment
- Provide advice and input to user about materials needed based on purchasing price evaluation
- Suggest appropriate sourcing strategies to control the company's purchased certain material costs (e.g., ISS, Security, Calmic, Parkir 52, Antena, etc)
- Assist in resolving certain vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against vendors
- Ensure the effective implementation of policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply or have 1 - 2 years of working experience in related field
- Work placement: BINUS Kemanggisan
