Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist to request quotation from vendor (including PRE-PR)
- Conduct comparison from quotation that collected from vendor to create the best scenario to award with reasonable justification
- Assist in monitoring and processing purchase requests (PRs) into purchase orders (POs), if needed
- Assisting with vendor sourcing, if needed
Kualifikasi
- Undergraduate (active students) with NO CLASS TO ATTEND majoring in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related fields from REPUTABLE UNIVERSITY.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Procurement-related experience is preferred.
- Familiar with Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel (Pivot & Lookup) & Ms. Power Point
- Good communication skills, proactive, with high curiosity
- Willing to join for 6 months internship duration with COMMITMENT
- Available to fully work from office (WFO) in Sinarmas Land Plaza Sudirman, Central Jakarta.
- Available to join ASAP (August)
