Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Supervise, mentor, and develop procurement team, managing daily workloads, providing training, and conducting performance reviews to foster professional growth
- Actively conducting market research to identify suppliers and optimize cost, quality, and delivery
- Lead contract negotiations and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers, conducting regular business reviews to ensure compliance with service level agreements
- Oversee the end-to-end purchase-to-pay process for the team, ensuring accuracy in purchase orders, invoice resolution, and inventory alignment
- Identify and implement efficiencies in procurement workflows to reduce turnaround times and enhance team productivity
- Ensure all team activities adhere to internal controls, audit requirements, and ethical sourcing standards
- Track key performance indicators (cost savings, delivery times) and prepare weekly/monthly procurement reports for senior management
- Serve as the escalation point for complex supply chain issues, resolving disputes regarding quality, delays, or pricing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Proven experience managing end-to-end procurement processes and the purchase-to-pay (P2P) cycle
- Strong background in contract management, supplier evaluation, and managing strategic vendor partnerships
- Ability to conduct market research to identify suppliers and analyze price trends
- Strong knowledge of internal controls, audit compliance, and ethical sourcing standards
- Ability to track, analyze, and present procurement KPIs (cost savings, lead times, supplier performance)
- Strong problem-solving skills, especially in resolving complex supply chain issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing
