- Oversee procurement processes, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance.
- Develop and implement procurement policies and systems.
- Identify, onboard, and manage vendor relationships.
- Negotiate contracts to optimize pricing and service quality.
- Monitor expenses and drive cost-saving initiatives.
- Implement fraud prevention measures and uphold integrity.
- Collaborate with business units to align procurement with company needs.
- Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of procurement experience, including 2+ in an agency or event services company.
- Proven track record in building procurement systems from the ground up.
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
- Experience managing procurement for large-scale events.
- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to identify procurement challenges and implement effective solutions
