Company Overview:
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant that specializes in Procurement-Logistic support for one of our client company that focused as a supplier and distributor of thermoplastic pipework systems, welding equipment, and industrial plastics. With warehouse facilities across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, that provide high-performance plastic products to customers throughout Asia, ensuring fast delivery and reliable service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing from suppliers and handle related documentation
- Track incoming shipments and update delivery schedules
- Maintain inventory database and product details
- Manage pricing records and process purchase/sales invoices
- Coordinate purchase requests across group companies
- Handle logistics enquiries from the sales team
- Maintain process records and update SOP manuals
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
- Experience in procurement, logistics, or inventory management
- Familiar with purchase documentation and inventory systems
- Good with data management and attention to detail
- Able to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
- Knowledge of industrial products is a plus
