Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support daily procurement and logistics activities.
- Assist the procurement process from Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO).
- Monitor daily Purchase Requisitions (PR) and follow up with related stakeholders.
- Collect, validate, and organize supplier quotations and procurement data.
- Monitor purchasing lead time and delivery status.
- Assist in procurement data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel.
- Support supplier coordination and procurement administration.
- Maintain and organize procurement and logistics documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Active students or fresh graduates majoring in Industrial Engineering from reputable university.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with data.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fast learner, adaptable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Available to work full-time from the office (Monday - Friday, 08.30 - 17.30) in Central Jakarta.
- Willing to commit to a 6-month internship.
