Deskripsi Pekerjaan
You will support end-to-end procurement activities for forestry operations by assisting in purchase requisition and purchase order processes, compiling and maintaining procurement documentation, supporting vendor bidding and evaluation activities, monitoring procurement data and timelines, and coordinating with internal forestry, finance, and related teams to ensure procurement processes run efficiently and in accordance with company procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduate or final-year undergraduate student (no classes to attend) majoring in Forestry, or related majors.
- Strong attention to detail and good administrative skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Interested in procurement, supply chain, and forestry operations
- Available to work fully from office (WFO)
- Able to commit to a minimum 6-month internship and available to join ASAP
