Job Description:
- Support recurring procurement data reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Review procurement data and support process improvement initiatives.
- Assist procurement digitalization projects as needed.
- Support other Procurement Excellence initiatives.
Kualifikasi
Job Requirements:
- Final-year student (WITH NO ACTIVE CLASSES) or fresh graduate, majoring in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, IF, INDEX/MATCH, etc.).
- Working knowledge of SQL would be a plus.
- Experience with SAP (any module) or SAP S/4HANA would be an advantage.
- Comfortable working with details and handling large volumes of data.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Adaptable and able to manage different tasks as needed.
- Available to work full-time from office (Monday–Friday, 08.30–17.30).
- Available to commit to a 6-month internship.
