Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Conduct tender process for building new hospital starts from Prebid / Aanwijzing, Reviewing Proposal, Clarification, until Negotiation process
Conduct for finalization process in contract tender, such as Drafting, Coordinating, Finalizing, and Distributing
Monitor project execution coordination with project construction management

Kualifikasi

Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
3 years of experiences in high rise building construction project
Have a good experience in handle Project Procurement / Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Have a good knowledge about tender process
Excellent time management, strong analytical, and negotiation skills
Good at project administration skills is a must
Good ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Willing to be placed in Corporate Office, BSD - South Tangerang
