Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitor daily system operations and proactively raise any issues that arise.
- Support issue handling, troubleshooting, and coordination with Tech or Ops.
- Conduct field visits and deliver user training (including out-of-town training).
- Assist in implementing new features, processes, or workflows.
- Prepare and update SOPs and supporting documentation.
- Perform data checks and light RCA for recurring issues.
Kualifikasi
- Min Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s in IT, Information Systems, Logistics, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support or warehouse operations.
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong operational understanding and willingness to learn systems quickly.
- Good communication skills and the ability to conduct training.
- Able to work onsite and adapt to dynamic warehouse environments.
