Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify opportunities and define strategies for efficiencies in the work process and innovative approaches all Astro's Warehouse Dry.
- Monitor Key Performance indicators and align with Management and Stakeholder needs.
- Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and Implement high-value analyses that will deliver practical insights.
- Monitor e2e business process improvement initiatives with targeted results.
- You will proactively analyze fundamental problems in Operational and fulfillment based on North Start Metric rate that mainly come from Operational on the ground side and think strategically about the long-term solution and execute it by working together with other stakeholders.
- Coordinates with various business units & Vertical Operations to Initiate Projects/tasks.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver the best possible results, develop, test, and refine business processes/practices.
- Execute roadmap for Operational improvement needed to ensure progress in processes.
- All Improvements you will process must be aligned and reflect Astro's customer value in clear, measurable progress.
Kualifikasi
- Has stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with a diverse set of people.
- "Never-give-up" mindset and conceptual thinking should be your forte here at Astro as we create something new and tackle so many different problems to develop a better service to our customers.
- We are working at a tremendously fast pace here. We prefer the one that has a Fulfillment Logistic e-commerce Background.
- Always strive to find the solution even when there is not enough clarity.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with business - Process Improvement and are a Best Friend of Data.
- Strategic and creative thinking as we prefer long-term and sustainable solutions rather than short-term firefighting solutions.
