PT. United Family is a leading confectionery company; committed to continuously serve the best products and services to our customers. We are looking for talented and passionate members to become part of Unifam as Process Development.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to scale lab formulations into production.
- Conduct process trials and stability testing.
- Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes.
- Support new product development by providing process technology insights.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Propose and implement process improvements.
Kualifikasi
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Master’s Degree (S2) in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the food industry (dairy/beverage/ready meal).
- Familiar with food manufacturing lines and safety standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong analytical thinking.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Willing to be placed in both Cikande and Greenlake.
