Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons based on the international curriculum (e.g., Cambridge, IB, or equivalent).
- Teach primary-level students (ages 6–12) using interactive and student-centered approaches.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and learning activities aligned with curriculum standards.
- Support students’ development in literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking skills.
- Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing feedback and reports when required.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning needs and abilities.
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ progress and development.
- Collaborate with academic teams to improve teaching strategies and learning outcomes.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure students are actively engaged in learning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, English, Science, or a related field.
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics, English, and/or Science (Primary level).
- Familiarity with international curricula (Cambridge, IB, Pearson, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Ability to deliver lessons in a clear, engaging, and student-centered manner.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Able to prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments aligned with curriculum standards.
- Patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about working with young learners.
- Able to adapt teaching methods to different student needs and learning styles.
- Willing to teach offline visit in Jatibening, Bekasi.
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and teamwork.
