Job Description

  • Teach English to students under PKBM (non-formal education) using both national and international curriculum approaches.
  • Deliver engaging and student-centered lessons (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
  • Prepare lesson plans, modules, and teaching materials aligned with curriculum standards.
  • Support students in improving their academic performance and language proficiency.
  • Monitor and evaluate students’ progress and provide feedback.
  • Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Participate in academic discussions and program development when required.

Kualifikasi

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in English, English Education, or a related field.
  2. Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  3. Familiar with National Curriculum (K13 / Merdeka Curriculum).
  4. Knowledge of International Curriculum (Cambridge / IB / Pearson) is an advantage.
  5. Experience teaching in SMP/SMA/PKBM or tutoring environment is preferred.
  6. Able to prepare lesson plans, modules, and learning materials.
  7. Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  8. Passionate, patient, and responsible in teaching.
  9. Willing to teach in various settings: offline, online, and home visit.
  10. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  11. Willing to start as a part-time tutor and be evaluated for full-time employment after approximately 2 months.
