Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development
Deliver engaging and educational lessons to preschool-aged children, focusing on social, emotional, and cognitive development
Maintain a positive and safe learning environment, managing behavior and addressing any issues that may arise
Evaluate children's progress through observation and assessments, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs
Keep parents informed about their child's development, progress, and any concerns.
Ensure the well-being of children by implementing safety protocols, monitoring hygiene, and addressing health-related issues
Work collaboratively with other teachers, support staff, and administrators to create a cohesive educational environment
Foster creativity through various activities, such as art, music, and play, to enhance children's imagination and expression

Kualifikasi

Minimum 5 years teaching experience in preschool
Bachelor in early childhood or psychology
Good spoken and written English
Good teamwork and communication skill
able to play musical instrument is a plus point
