Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Lead the preparation, coordination, and timely submission of Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP) for tenders, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
Create comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Internal Costing, and Solution Documents. High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) are optional but advantageous.
Provide first-level technical support to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Collaborate closely with account managers to assist and support their requests, ensuring that client needs are met efficiently.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
1-3 years of experience as a Presales or Solution Architect, or a background as a Post-sales Network Engineer.
Experience in delivering network solutions for the Financial Services Industry (FSI), including banking, insurance, and fintech, is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge and expertise in Cisco, Huawei, or Aruba technologies for Enterprise Networking (Routing & Switching, Wireless, SD-Access, SD-WAN) and Data Center Networking (including SD-DC).
Demonstrates core Presales competencies including proposal development, technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and effective collaboration with sales, product, and delivery teams.
Strong Communication and Time Management Skill
Willing to be placed in Karawaci, Tangerang /Kuningan, South Jakarta
