Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage RFI/RFP tender submissions, including BoQ, costing, and solution documents.
- Provide technical support and presentations to customers and internal teams.
- Act as the first-level technical contact for customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to drive business opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- 1–2 years of experience in presales, solution design, or engineering roles within the telecom or ICT industry.
- Strong knowledge of IP/MPLS, L2VPN, L3VPN, EVPN, and Segment Routing.
- Good understanding of Mobile Operator Networks (Core, RAN).
- Familiarity with Fixed Access Technologies such as OLT, ONT, ACS, etc.
- Professional certifications are a plus:
- Cisco CCNP Service Provider
- Juniper JNCIS-SP
- Huawei HCIP Datacom/Transport
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical solutions effectively.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willing to be placed in Karawaci, Tangerang / South Jakarta
