Position Overview
As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will bridge the gap between complex technological capabilities and tangible business value. Working hand-in-hand with our Business Development and Technical Delivery teams, you will act as the key technical expert during the sales lifecycle. You will dive deep into client operations, uncover operational bottlenecks, architect custom cloud or workflow solutions, and deliver compelling product demonstrations that secure technical buy-in from enterprise and mid-market clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Discovery: Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions with prospective clients to qualify leads, understand their existing IT architecture, and map out pain points.
- Solution Architecture & Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure technical solutions leveraging Incentro’s core portfolio (Cloud computing, SaaS platforms, process automation, and Agentic AI solutions) tailored to client requirements.
- Demos & Proof of Concepts: Build and present customized high-impact product demonstrations and technical proof of concepts to show how tools, like Lark, monday.com, or custom AI agents, solve specific customer challenges.
- Bid & Proposal Management: Contribute to technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and corporate tenders, including the creation of precise Bills of Materials (BOM) and scope documentation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Account Managers to advance deals through the pipeline and ensure seamless solution delivery handovers to the implementation team post-sale.
- Partner Alignment: Keep up-to-date with emerging tech trends and achieve necessary certifications within our major partner ecosystems (Google, monday.com, etc.).
Kualifikasi
Requirements
- Ability to easily translate complex architectures into clear business outcomes for C-level executives.
- At least 3+ years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Consultant within an IT Consulting, B2B SaaS, or Cloud environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Solid understanding of Cloud Architecture (Google Cloud Platform preferred, or AWS/Alibaba Cloud).
- Hands-on familiarity with Work OS & Collaboration suites (e.g., monday.com, Lark, Google Workspace).
- Familiarity with integration platforms, middleware, or workflow automation tools (e.g., APIs, Workato, Camunda).
- An active interest in and understanding of Generative AI or Agentic AI workflows.
- Fluency in English, both written and oral.
