Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide technical consultation to distributors and partners regarding the most suitable hardware solutions based on end-user requirements.
- Design hardware solution architecture (PCs, laptops, servers, peripherals, etc.) tailored to specific industry or customer use cases.
- Deliver regular product training and technical presentations to distributors and partners to enhance product knowledge and solution readiness.
- Support pre-sales activities such as product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (PoC), and pilot projects.
- Assist distributor and partner sales teams in identifying and executing business opportunities.
- Provide technical input for bidding processes or RFPs/RFQs, including the preparation of technical proposals and Bills of Quantity (BoQ).
- Gather feedback from distributors and partners on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and share insights with product and marketing teams.
- Align hardware solution positioning with local market demands and channel strategy.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Channel Sales, and Technical Support teams to ensure alignment across all stages of the solution lifecycle.
- Act as a bridge between field insights and product development or roadmap planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role, preferably in hardware-based solutions (PCs, servers, networking, peripherals).
- Strong knowledge of end-user hardware products and infrastructure solutions.
- Proven experience working with distributors, resellers, or system integrators in a channel-driven environment.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead product demos, Proof of Concepts (PoC), and solution architecture discussions.
- Strong business acumen with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to collaborate across teams (sales, product, marketing, technical support) and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with bidding/tender processes and experience preparing technical proposals is a plus.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, or vendor-specific hardware certifications) are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for partner visits, training, or customer meetings.
