Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Oversee production planning and scheduling, including managing incoming Semi Knock Down (SKD) components and local parts orders to support smooth operations.
  • Ensure components are delivered on time, with a maximum tolerance of one day from the requested schedule.
  • Monitor and manage parts inventory to maintain adequate supply levels for production needs while avoiding overstock or shortages.
  • Track the production process, identify potential issues, and coordinate solutions to prevent delays or disruptions.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as uploading data into Dealer Management System (DMS) SAP, processing invoice payments to general assemblers, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in production planning or inventory control, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline from reputable university.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, material control, and ERP/SAP systems with good attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners effectively.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
