Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of demand forecasting techniques and inventory management principles.
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective supply chain coordination.
