Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support business operations and decision-making.
  • Translate UI/UX designs (Figma, Adobe XD, or image mockups) into high-quality, pixel-perfect Power BI dashboards.
  • Develop dashboards optimized for large display screens and video walls, ensuring responsive layouts across high-resolution environments.
  • Connect Power BI to enterprise Data Marts hosted on Cloudera using appropriate connectivity methods.
  • Create and maintain efficient data models, DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs based on business requirements.
  • Optimize dashboard performance by improving data models, queries, and report loading times.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to validate data accuracy and reporting requirements.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, bug fixing, and production support throughout the UAT and deployment lifecycle.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including data models, report specifications, and deployment procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain existing dashboards to ensure data accuracy, performance, and availability.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Power BI Developer, BI Developer, or a similar Business Intelligence role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
  • Hands-on experience in developing interactive dashboards and data visualizations.
  • Experience translating UI/UX designs into Power BI dashboards with high visual accuracy (pixel-perfect implementation).
  • Strong knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating measures and calculated columns.
  • Good understanding of data modeling concepts, including Star Schema and Snowflake Schema.
  • Experience connecting Power BI to enterprise data sources such as Data Warehouses or Data Marts (experience with Cloudera, Hive, or Impala is an advantage).
  • Proficient in SQL for data extraction, validation, and analysis. Knowledge of Power Query (M Language) and ETL concepts is preferred.
  • Experience in dashboard performance optimization and troubleshooting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional Agile team environment.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality solutions within project timelines.
