Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- SKU Rationalization: optimise SKU performance and composition by suggesting strategized action items and monitoring its results, including sales, cost, impression, and in-app product placement.
- SKU Introduction: drive business per category level from both new SKU relevant with our customer in order to close the market assortment gap.
- Space and Allocation Optimization: making sure the SKU listed in every hub is optimum in regards to performance and hub capacity.
- Generate insight based on deep dive review and guide sourcing team in better product selection.
- Support campaign team by providing relevant and attractive product curation based on campaign themes.
- Maintain business process by review, approval, and follow up regarding SKU information.
- Create or improve SOP guidelines to enhance business collaboration between departments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience, preferable Ecommerce/Retail.
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently.
- Adaptable to fast pace changes
