Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Source and evaluate materials, goods, and services, providing a shortlist of potential suppliers to the supervisor.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of stock to the designated location with proper packaging.
Assist in managing supplier and customer inquiries regarding order changes, cancellations, and requisition accuracy.
Maintain and update records of purchase orders (PO), payments, and received stock to ensure seamless tracking and documentation.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00
2-3 years of experience in the related field will be an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
