Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsible for the layout of merchandise on store shelves with relation to customer flow and purchasing behavior
Analyzing Business Process categories in space management
Conduct item performance analysis and develop potential space
Ensure that the space development project runs well

Kualifikasi

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
Proven experience at least 2 years in retail merchandising, space planning, or visual merchandising.
Proficiency in space planning software such as JDA Space Planning, EZPOG, or similar tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
