Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Menganalisa potensi dan kendala/risiko yang ada di areanya untuk melakukan supervisi rencana kerja tim
- Menyusun rencana kerja area sesuai dengan arahan dan strategi dalam mencapai target
- Melakukan join visit dan handling masalah dengan tim di areanya
- Mengevaluasi pelaksanaan rencana kerja pribadi & tim di areanya
- Memberikan instruksi, memantau (memonitor) aktivitas kerja, dan mengembangkan anggota tim di bawah tanggung jawabnya
Kualifikasi
- Lulusan D3 semua jurusan
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal pengalaman sebagai Sales Officer di OTC Consumer atau Farmasi selama 3 tahun
- Menyukai pekerjaan di lapangan, enerjik, dan komunikatif
- Lokasi penempatan: Jambi
