- Assess individual client needs and create tailored Pilates programs.
- Provide clear instructions and modifications to accommodate various fitness levels.
- Monitor clients' progress, offering feedback and encouragement.
- Maintain a positive and professional environment in the studio.
- Ensure proper usage and care of Pilates equipment.
- Stay updated on Pilates trends and techniques to incorporate into sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Certified Pilates Trainer
- Proven experience as a Pilates instructor (minimum 3 years preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Passionate about fitness and wellness, with a client-centered approach.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
