Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct photo shoots for women's fashion products, including clothing, accessories, and other relevant items.
- Collaborate with stylists, models, and other team members to ensure the creative vision is effectively communicated and executed.
- Build and maintain a diverse portfolio of high-quality images that align with the brand's aesthetic and image guidelines.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends to ensure the visual content remains relevant and competitive.
- Demonstrate proficiency in operating a variety of photographic equipment, including cameras, lighting, and editing software.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated for optimal performance.
- Edit and retouch images to meet the brand's standards for quality and style.
- Organize and manage a digital library of photos, ensuring easy accessibility for the marketing and design teams.
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to understand the brand's image and effectively translate it into visual content.
- Provide creative input and contribute to the development of marketing campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Fashion Photographer with a strong focus on women's fashion.
- A robust portfolio showcasing previous work in the fashion industry.
- Proficient in using professional photography equipment and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Strong understanding of lighting techniques and composition.
- Innovative and creative with the ability to bring a unique perspective to each project.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends and incorporate them into the visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail is crucial to ensure the delivery of high-quality images.
