Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensures compliance with applicable regulations or standard operating procedures in drug safety
- Monitor and conduct daily case processing and follow up of product technical complaint and adverse event reports
- Monitors all products and conducts post-market evaluations to ensure drug safety.
- Build pharmacovigilance awareness in the company, develop pharmacovigilance training material, conduct, monitor and evaluate the pharmacovigilance training to meet the requirements and regulations.
- Responsible for global pharmacovigilance activities to support data safety and case tracking; perform document archiving; assist in the administration of pharmacovigilance documentation; and support quality of review documents.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Apothecary)/Pharmacology or equivalent
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Required Skill(s): Excellent customer service & customer relation skill
- Willing to be placed in Titan Center (Jl. Boulevard Bintaro Block B7/B1 No. 5, Bintaro sector 7, Tangerang Selatan)
