Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Conduct training for personal trainers at all levels.
Work closely with the Personal Trainer Training Manager (PTTM) to develop a training program, training module, and service standard according to club needs.
Documenting training attendance, examinations, and the PT assessment report.
With PTTM, do club visits to observe PT quality.
Work closely with PTTM to build a learning management system.
Work closely with PTTM to manage the LMS module.

Kualifikasi

Required skills: training delivery, developing training modules, good presentation skills, and Microsoft Office.
Applicants must be willing to travel within Surabaya and the East Indonesia region.
Applicants must be passionate and up-to-date on fitness.
Innovative, creative, and good at organization and time management.
Good communication skills.
Having good knowledge of the fitness industry.
Preferably have 1 Year experience on training field
